Keep your finger on the pulse of the market

See where attention is moving across equities, crypto and macro, which narratives are heating up and how the crowd is positioned, updated as the conversation moves.

See how the crowd is positioned, call by call

Elfa tracks every post that opens or changes a position, with entry prices and each account’s track record, so you can see who’s long, who’s short and who’s usually right.

Know the moment your thesis starts to break

Set your thesis once and Elfa watches for the events, narratives and positioning shifts that challenge it, then alerts you with the sources so you can act before the market does.

Backtest ideas against years of market context

Elfa keeps a timestamped record of events, attention and positioning, so you can check whether a signal actually led price before you trade on it, with up to 2 years of history on Enterprise.

“The bridging concept eliminated a lot of reinvention of the wheel and is a reusable framework for many AI agentic systems.”

Questions research teams ask

What data sources does Elfa use?

Posts from mainly X and Telegram and emerging social platforms, news, SEC filings, prediction markets like Kalshi and Polymarket, and market data including prices, funding and liquidations from exchanges Binance, Bybit and Hyperliquid. Every event links back to the posts behind it.

Can I backtest with Elfa data?

Yes. Events, attention and positioning are timestamped, so you can replay them against prices. History goes back 30 days on Free and pay-as-you-go, 60 days on Grow and 2 years on Enterprise.

Which markets do you cover?

Equities, crypto, commodities, FX and macro. Equities, indices, commodities and FX can also be tracked as 24/7 perp markets in Auto, even when cash markets are closed.

How do you tell a real event from a rumour or a duplicate?

Only events judged worth acting on are served, never spam. Repeat reports are merged into one event, follow-ups are threaded into a storyline that marks when a claim is confirmed, and only accounts in good standing count as sources.

Can I see where each insight comes from?

Yes. Every event links to the posts behind it, with who said it and when, so every point in your research note can be traced back to its source.

How do I get the data into my models?

Over the REST API or the TypeScript and Python SDKs. You can also connect the MCP server to Claude or ChatGPT and ask questions directly.

Is this only for crypto?

No. Elfa covers traditional markets and crypto, with equities, projects, people and organisations tracked alongside tokens.

How does pricing work, and can I try it for free?

Start on the Free plan with 1,000 credits a month at 60 requests per minute. Grow is $870 a month with 120,000 credits, pay-as-you-go is $0.0145 per credit with a $20 minimum top-up, and Enterprise is custom.
